Responsibilities and Duties Manage, direct, and monitor advisor’s activities and the overall performance of the team to increase efficiency and maximize performance Effective liaison, support, and assistance within the division Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and insurers in the industry Set-up training programmes for junior brokers Identify growth opportunities in market Recruit, develop and retain skilled brokers Monitor crop administration team Achieve target/budgets Responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgets Minimize risk of financial loss Manage insurance data and reporting Manage and maintain contact with internal and external clients/customers and suppliers Maintain accurate records Continual reporting to senior management Qualifications and Skills Matric / Grade 12 Relevant degree / qualification (preferably a BCom or Agricultural degree) Minimum of 10 years experience Completed Regulatory Examination RE1 and RE5 (Representatives Exam) Completed relevant class of business training Advanced knowledge and experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) Ability to work under pressure and multi-task Strong administrative and reporting skills Driver’s Licence *The company can expire jobs at any time at their own discretion. #J-18808-Ljbffr
