On this level you will have autonomy to demonstrate visionary leadership as well as mobilizing the teams to achieve long term sustainability of one of the biggest, most successful and strategic sites within the group. Relevant Diploma of Degree in Operations or Business is essential. Experience in the mining or waste management or any other complex highly regulated industries with strict licensing requirements will be an advantage.
