Previous experience in a sales environment (Sales Acumen): having a fundamental understanding of presenting oneself effectively, grasping the concept of return on investment, possessing negotiation skills, and understanding after-sales services.Fluent in Afrikaans and English RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Managing P&L in your territory: Ensuring proper potential analysis and segmentation of the territory, defining the local development plan, steering and monitoring activity in order to reach annual targets.Leading and monitoring the sales team in your territory: Recruiting, integrating, developing and motivating the sales representatives in order to maximize sales.
