You will centralise all inventories and be accountable for the following responsibilities. The Inventory Controller will be responsible for inventories, budgets, cost control and reports of the Lodge’s food, beverages, and consumables, providing financial valuable support to the teams, and contributing to positive business outcomes, through informed analysis and reporting.
