Job DescriptionChartered Accounting (SA) and Tax Practitioner firm, based in Milnerton, Cape Town requires a experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant with previous experience in a Tax Practitioner Firm.Unsupervised responsibilities subject to review include but are not limited to the following:Pastel accounting processing.SARS e-filing and Accfin tax package.Draft Worx - compilation of annual financial statements. Similar to Caseware.Communication with clients.Management of SARS e-filing profiles and preparation of income tax and other tax returns.Provisional tax.General instructions working on SARS e-filing profile for clients on queries and other SARS issues including administration issues.Monthly PAYE, VAT, and other statutory returns.Analysing data, providing insight, scenario analysis, reporting, budget and forecasting.Requirements:Attention to detail.Exposure to Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, Pastel and SARS e-filing for Public Benefit OrganisationsCommunication skills and interactions with clients and staff in a professional manner.Degree or diploma in accounting/tax with relevant work experience advantageous but not essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
