Role Purpose/Business Unit: Defines the strategy and ensures implementation of the Fixed strategy across the Vodafone Group markets. The EHOD will be responsible for setting our Fixed product strategy and ensuring there is an interface between customer, commercial and technical entities by translating between business requirements and technical. Furthermore, EHOD will be responsible for defining profitability targets for Fixed together with the Chief Officer, and definition of the action plan to achieve the overall targets. Your responsibilities will include: FTTX Strategy and Roadmap: Develop a fixed strategy and roadmap for FFTX for all markets  Ensure that the correct mix of sales channels is operational to give optimal coverage where the target customers live and work. Drive and promote the fixed Brand across the markets. Give feedback to the commercial team on changes & developments requested by the trade to improve their efficiency or increase sales.  Work closely with the various Vodacom Sales teams to maximize the opportunity for fixed Ensure the Vodacom markets are aligned and focused on key priorities. Report on fixed  performance across markets with a split on the different technologies  Work with the markets to improve sales operations and improve the E2E customer journey  Drive continuous improvement in the performance of the portfolio across both CXX and profit and revenue improvement opportunities. Product Knowledge & Development: Share and drive  a good understanding of the products in the sales portfolio.  Define requirements on fixed products to technology team and manage the roadmap  Explore all options to increase fixed coverage and affordability for customers with technology , wholesale and M&A team  Develop FFTX product portfolio across markets  Be responsible for products and Propositions within the Fixed portfolio. Strategic planning, and ongoing delivery of its Fixed product development efforts. Constantly monitor competitor activity in the trade and create plans to mitigate as necessary. Drive fixed penetration into mobile customer base and contribute to enrich segmented proposition to consumer and business by adding fixed products  . Customer Focus Creating an innovation-oriented culture focused on generating multitier digital revenue streams while identifying new use cases linked to emerging technologies with clear risk management approaches in place.  Ecosystem Centricity, building an external customer focus ecosystem and developing consumer engagement expertise to support discussions with the C level stakeholders. Capture and drive programmes that enable interconnected offers to enable customers to have a joined up and more effortless experience when consuming multiple Fixed & Mobile products. The ideal candidate for this role will have: A tertiary qualification 3-year Diploma/ Degree (Essential). Minimum of 8 years sales experience including 5 years at a Management Level (Essential) Fixed/ISP experience.
