We are looking for a seasoned Field Service Engineer with some Sales Experience in the Manufacturing Industry. Duties&Responsibilities Responsibilities: Participate in troubleshooting and repair activities to equipment. Mentor and train Apprentice Engineer with routine maintenance, fault finding and installations. Attend to breakdowns during and after business hours. Sales visits to new and existing clients when technical responsibilities are slow. Collect information and open an enquiry. Present the offer to the client and go through the specification of the machine. Follow up on opportunities from quotation right through to order. Compile detailed visit reports on Salesforce. Handling of customer complaints and resolving conflict. Desired Experience&Qualification Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or Allied Qualification in Electronic Engineering / Mechatronics Formal Sales Training would be advantageous. Skills&Attributes: Solid understanding of electronic engineering principles and concepts. Interpersonal Skills Technical Marketing/Sales experience an advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyse complex problems and identify solutions. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
