Essential Skills Requirements:-SAP Module Configuration- Development Documentation- FICO / GL Project Experience- SAP GTS / Customs Process Knowledge- SAP FI- SAP CO- SAP MM- SAP SD- SAP Hana- Agile Methodology- Testing Skills- Additional Responsibilities as per Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter Advantageous Skills Requirements:- German Speaking- Flexibility for Weekend or Extended Hours / Different Time Zones- Rotational Standby Requirement- Familiarity with Tools: Xsuite, Jira, Xray, Confluence- Business Analysis / Understanding Templates- Support Go-Live Preparations- Assure Quality of Design Qualifications/Experience Required:- 4-6 years of experience Role and Responsibilities:- Business Analysis: - Understand business requirements, prepare AS-IS and TO-BE documents, and secure user sign-off for Business Blueprint. - Technical Skills: - Beneficial ABAP debugging (Workbench knowledge for new development/enhancements).- Configuration: - Set up organizational structure for Materials Management (e.g., Purchase Organisation, Valuation Area Plants, Storage Location, Warehouse structure).- Testing: - Prepare testing documents, conduct internal testing, and integrate testing with other modules.- Data Management: - Prepare Master Data templates (Material Master, Vendor Master, Excise Master, Info-records, Source List, Purchase Orders).- Integration and Interfaces: - Understand interfaces, IDOC, and RFC's processing.- Cutover Strategy: - Prepare cutover strategy for MM objects.- Documentation and Training: - Prepare user manuals and conduct training for business process owners.- Go-Live Support: - Prepare for go-live and provide post-go-live support.- Client Interaction: - Engage with clients through meetings, calls, and emails.- Issue Handling: - Handle tickets and tasks, ensuring closure within defined SLAs.- Troubleshooting and Support: - Troubleshoot system issues, provide support, execute necessary changes through configuration, and resolve production support calls.- Change Management: - Raise Change Requests (CRs), write Functional Specifications, prepare test data, test CRs, and prepare test results.- Regression Testing: - Conduct regression testing.- Module Interaction: - Interact with consultants of other modules and analyze/solve SAP Module issues.- Process Configuration: - Conduct SAP Module process configuration and update/maintain all functional documentation.- Authorization Roles: - Analyze and scope end-user authorization roles.- Testing: - Conduct Unit, Integration, and System Integration security tests.- Solution Proposals: - Proactively propose solutions to enhance support for new business processes.- Functional Team Support: - Support the functional team with issues and provide solutions-based approaches.
