Position Title : Communication Professional A Snapshot of Your Day The Communications Professional is responsible for developing and implementing interim and annual communication plans, as well as overseeing communication activities defined within these plans. Additionally, the role involves providing support for the Sub-Region Heads, Managing Directors and the Sub Region Heads in all internal and external communication activities, managing business and communication projects, and ensuring the professional and timely delivery of responses to inquiries. The Communications Professional also plays a key role in gathering, analyzing, and evaluating relevant data to provide comprehensive reports and decision memos. How You’ll Make an Impact Develop and implement interim and annual communication plans. Implement communication activities as outlined in the annual communication plan. Schedule individual measures and instruct external service providers in implementing communication activities. Monitor communication activities and budget allocation. Develop articles and publications to support internal and external communication activities. Support the development and implementation of superior business strategies, guidelines, and roadmaps. Manage the organization and implementation of assigned business and communication projects. Monitor information flow, file, and archive strategic data. Provide general editorial services for social and other e-media. Support the preparation of speeches, events, and operational surveys. Gather, analyze, and evaluate relevant data to provide comprehensive reports and decision memos. Prepare presentations, reports, statistical charts, briefings, and minutes of meetings. Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information. Prepare and distribute reports to the management team in an accurate and timely manner. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field from a reputable university; Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is an advantage. 5 – 7 years of relevant work experience. Expert knowledge and understanding of Corporate Communication & PR business techniques, methodologies, and tools. Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, etc. Excellent command of the English language. Analytical, creative, outside-the-box thinker with excellent writing skills.
