More than two decades of working in international markethas proved that we always stand with our clients not only as vendor but also as consultant andcontractor.About the roleWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative specialized in Sub Metering for thePrivate Sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing clientrelationships, and closing deals within the private sector for sub metering solutions. This role demandsstrong communication skills, a deep understanding of sub metering technologies, and the ability to tailorsolutions to meet clients' needs.To be successful as a sales engineer, you should possess an in-depth knowledge of our company's technicalproducts and services and you should be able to relate this knowledge in a way that is understandable tonon-technical customers. You should be driven to achieve your sales goals and should have excellent salesand customer service skills.Key Responsibilities1. Identify potential clients in the private sector interested in sub metering solutions.2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company'scustomer base.3. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.4. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery of sub meteringsolutions.6. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.7. Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to prospective clients.8. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.9. Provide post-sales support and address customer inquiries and concerns.10. Track sales activities and maintain accurate records using CRM softwareCandidate requirementsEducation:• Btech Electrical, Sales, or a related field• MatricExperience:• At least 3 years’ work experience as a Sales Representative in Sub Metering and/or electricalmeters.• Experience selling sub metering solutions to commercial and industrial clients.• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the sub metering industry.• Technical background or familiarity with electrical systems is a plusProven track record ofsuccessful sales experience, preferably in the sub metering or utilities industry.• Strong understanding of sub metering technologies and solutions.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.• Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office SuiteAdditional Considerations• Must have own transport.• Must have a valid driver’s license.• Good communication skills – written and verbal.• Professional, self-motivated and target driven.• Ability to travel within and/or outside of South Africa.
