The Head of Sales reports to the Executive Head: Personal Lines and serves as an integral member of the Senior Management team.Directs the operations of a large single or multiple call centres, typically in different locations or with significantly diverse market segments. Oversees operating systems including policies and procedures, operating structure, and information flow for a large single or multiple call centres. Establishes and implements product/service standards for each location to ensure quality and consistency. Analyses operational practices for effectiveness and practicality.
