Job Description:The position reports to the Executive Dean & CEO of the UNISA Graduate School of Business Leadership (SBL), and with oversight by the RLC SA Management Committee.(ads1)Job Responsibilities:Consult with experts and professional networks working to keep abreast of current leadership development strategies and successful innovations in youth leadership development;Ensure RLC SA staff development for a team and high-performance delivery;Develop a strong team around YALI RLC SA;Lead and direct the development and implementation of RLC SA governancestructures;Provide strategic vision and direction for the YALI RLC SA growth andsustainability;Develop and implement long term goals and objectives to achieve the successful outcome of the YALI RLC SA program;Engage partners and stakeholders as appropriate in setting the vision for the RLC SA, including the curriculum, the in-person training experience, the online training experience, supplementary activities, and alumni engagement;Job Requirements:Outstanding listening and communication skills (both written and oral);Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and effectively;Excellent computer skills (Must be proficient in MS Office applications)Ability to explain the vision, values and standards of a leadership organisation and set the appropriate examples;Sound judgement and ability to maintain confidentialityTen (10) years’ experience in a managerial capacity;Demonstrated ability to work in a small or large team setting partnerships with key stakeholders;Action and results-oriented, flexibility to balance priorities and meet tight deadlines and ability to work under pressure;Significant experience managing practical, experiential training programs;Knowledge of leadership developmentDemonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships andA Master`s Degree preferably in Project Management/ Administration/ Youth Development;Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, teamwork and leadership skills;Demonstrated experience engaging with senior representatives from public, private and non-profit sectors;Political and cultural sensitivityStrong organisational skills with a particular focus on managing details;Demonstrated experience managing mid-to long term donor-funded projects;Job Details:Company:University of South Africa – UNISAVacancy Type:Full TimeJob Location:MidrandApplication Deadline: N/A(ads2)Apply Hereinstantcareers.net#J-18808-Ljbffr
