Essential Skills Requirements:- Analytical Expertise: Highly skilled in cloud database engineering.- Migration Experience: Critical role in migrating on-prem workloads to OCI, Azure, and AWS platforms.- Design & Implementation: Ability to design and implement cloud-based database solutions.- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve database-related issues.Qualifications/Experience Needed:- Oracle Database Expertise: Experience with Oracle database architecture, automation, and performance tuning.- Cloud Architecture Knowledge: Expert knowledge of cloud architectures, especially databases.- OCI Experience: Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, autonomous database on shared and dedicated infrastructure, and provisioning/supporting OCI resources.- PostgreSQL Knowledge: Optional but beneficial in a cloud environment.- ITIL Knowledge: ITIL process knowledge and work experience.- Experience: At least 5 years of practical experience in Oracle database administration or development.- Language: Fluent business English.Advantageous Skills Requirements:- Agile Methods: Experience with Scrum, Kanban.- Language Proficiency: Additional European languages are a plus.
