Working with Director(s) alongside a legal team of specialized professionals. To provide legal support and research and provide legal opinions. Key Responsibilities:HDSA/BEE/SHA structuringProviding services/advice relating to compliance with regulatory requirementsLiaison with various regulatory authorities.Assisting in all litigation matters and deposing to affidavits, where required.Liaison with attorneys and advocates and gathering any witnesses and statements, where requiredAdvice on potential claims in favour of Oza Holdings Group and attend to any letters of demandAttending court matters in relation to matters before any court of competent jurisdiction.Research and shortlisting of attorneys or counsel, experts in relation to any case at any given timeDealing with IOs & SAPS on criminal and civil matters.Attending to and giving advice on CCMA/IR MattersProviding Legal research, opinion and advise on assigned legal mattersDrafting and reviewing legal agreements, as required from time to timePreparing and maintaining a contract’s register on the ERP filing systemMaintaining original contract files on assigned cabinet filesEnsuring compliance with initial contract terms like CPsLiaison with external Law firms or other legal service providersAssisting Human Resources with respective Industrial Relation matters (Advisory, representative role)Deal with debt collection process and any matters incidental theretoEnsure the co-ordination of procurement and implementation processes for any projects at any given time Minimum requirements:LLB1 to 3 years’ legal experience (post articles) in a similar role in a law firm or mining companyOther legal qualifications, admission as an attorney or served articles will be an advantageExperience in litigation, contract drafting and labour related mattersExcellent communication (verbal and written)Computer skills in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)#J-18808-Ljbffr
