Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC; 2 - 3 Years experience Minimum 2 years’ experience as Spa Manager Should be able to Manage a small Team of 5 employees Excellent communication&Timekeeping skills Very Professional and presentable for Upmarket Environment Required to understand financial statements and manage a spa operating budget, have excellent communication skills and be a confident team player. Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel- Knowledge of ESP an advantage Management Skills Needed: Administration, Management, Leadership , Ensure excellent customer service, Sales&Revenue, Expenses&Logistics. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: r esponsible for the day-to-day operational management of the spa and the team Demonstrate high standards of service and interpersonal skills.
