The incumbent will work collaboratively with the Sales Director and other business stakeholders to ensure that there are effective sales reports as and when required. Duties & Responsibilities Annually assist the Sales Director and the Sales Managers (Incl. medical devices) to create product-based sales targets for the sales team for the following year. Quarterly adjustments as per Financial Forecast results. In collaboration with Sales Director and Sales Managers (Incl. medical devices) maintain customer (territory) and product portfolio mapping by sales representative. Convert data received from Wholesalers monthly and send to Global SAP BI team to maintain the Wholesaler Cube. Update mapping for the WS and Sales Cube as and when necessary, e.g. new customers, new products, attribute 3 changes. Calculate sales team incentives Monthly/Quarterly/Annually. Continuous improvement of the various worksheets – Territory/Product/Rep/Region mapping tables. Provide the sales team with weekly updates – Sales vs Target YTD/MTD and 12-month unit sales trend. Assist the Sales Director/Sales Managers (Incl. medical devices) with adhoc reporting requests from time to time, e.g. Cycle Meetings and Sales Conference, Forecasting meetings. Collaborate with Sales Director/ medical Devices BUM to build a monthly sale report. Continuous improvement of various reports e.g. formats, content. Compile Waste Management reports for participating customers. Back up for Market Intelligence manager in budgeting, forecasting and MTS processes. Desired Experience & Qualification REQUIRED EDUCATION Tertiary Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, or similar platforms. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Experience in preparing and analysing sales force data (CRM), evaluating performance against targets. Solid understanding of financial systems and reporting processes. Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner. Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset. Collaborative team player with good interpersonal skills. Familiarity with relevant databases and data extraction techniques.
