Location Experience - Job Type Contract Job Description NB: This role is NOT for an internal HR Consultant but more of client facing/ consulting Job purpose: Drive the design and implementation of a comprehensive range of strategic HR and reward solutions across diverse consulting projects. Deliver on client consulting engagements, encompassing reward management, organizational design, and outsourced HR services. KPAs: Delivery of Reward Management and HC solutions 1. Partner with clients, offering expertise in performance management, talent management, learning and development; and employee relations, including disciplinary hearings, grievance procedures, and addressing poor work performance. 2. Conduct job analysis, design grading structures, formulate rewards philosophy and strategy, create salary structures, and execute remuneration benchmarking. 3. Independently present solutions and recommendations in a structured and articulate manner to internal and external clients, including senior management and board-level stakeholders. 4. Design and draft written presentations and reports that are appropriately tailored for the audience. Project Management 1. Develop project plans and manage projects independently whilst ensuring quality, timeliness and profitability targets are met. Client and Stakeholder Relationship Management 1. Build relationships and communicating effectively to positively influence peers, stakeholders and clients. Skills/ Qualification and Experience BCom OR Bsc Degree in Industrial Psychology, HR, or Business Management 5 years of relevant experience in HR consulting, having worked as a senior consultant. Loves to work in smaller consulting teams A bit of a thought leader (has written a few opinion pieces of publications) Has professional services or consulting experience (not a corporate person looking to transition to being a consultant) Able to do a bit of business development and review proposals #J-18808-Ljbffr
