The team player we are looking for: We are looking for an experienced Exports Logistics Team leader to join our Warehouse/Logistics team. The purpose of the role will be to focus on order fulfilment, directing and coordinating the team tasked with receiving & shipping of goods; making the shipping process more efficient and to streamline communications with carriers and the International Sales Team. Duties will include: Prepare shipping documentation, including packing lists, labelling, etc. Create and validate product workflow from origin to customer. Create Transfer Journals. Requesting and following up on shipping quotes. Maintaining communication with Freight Forwarders. Weekly status report to International Sales Team. Maintain ready for collection/shipping reports. Maintain warehouse accuracy with monthly stock takes. Desired Requirements: Strong warehouseing background with at least 5 years experience in Logistics. Ability to work in a fast-paced and digitized warehouse environment. Proven experience in a leadership role within a warehouse. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications SYSPRO knowledge The ability to multitask. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Speak, Read and Write English efficiently.
