Our Client from the Property / Real Estate industry is seeking to appoint a Duty Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The Duty Manager will be based on the Mall / Shopping Centre premises and is responsible for assisting the Ops manager with the day-to-day management of the asset. The working hours are 16h00 to 00h00 during the week and a minimum of two weekends per month. RESPONSIBILITIES The main tasks and responsibilities associated with the position are summarized below. This is not an exhaustive list of tasks and responsibilities and any other tasks and/or responsibilities that could be reasonably expected for the position may be required. Management of the operational functions within the buildings, managing and monitoring the various disciplines within the field which includes but is not limited to technical equipment and services, soft services, building projects and maintenance, utilities, innovation, policies, procedures, risk management and compliance by the OHS Act etc. Work closely with maintenance teams and actively manage the roles and functions of external service providers.
