The main purpose of this job is to provide efficient support for the day-to-day operation of the Evar Sales department and support the work of management and other staff. Primary Objectives: General Admin Manage all POD’s (including uploading to various portals) Manage all Rectron and partner invoicing to ensure efficient collaboration between Sales and Operations Manage and upload local and RTT daily delivery reports Manage and complete back order reports on a weekly basis Manage and complete open order report with ETA’s daily Sort incoming mail and assist the warehouse with courier orders for distribution Use computer word processing, spreadsheet and database software to prepare reports and documents Update and ensure the accuracy of the organization's databases Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff Excellent customer service by being courteous always Escalate problematic issues to the Business and Sales Manager Assist with other job-related duties as and when required Execute Rectron standards of excellence Assist with stock take procedures in the warehouse when needed Education/Qualification Matric Certificate in business, Computers, or Office Management Skills&Competencies Ability to work under pressure Well-disciplined individual Strong organisational skills Attention to detail Flexibility Communicate Effectively Problem-Solving skills Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software Customer service orientation Experience (experience required for the job) Minimum of 1-year experience in similar field Accountabilities Provides general office support Works collaboratively with all members in different departments Ensure that orders are released with correct paperwork and in accordance with partner committed ETA’s #J-18808-Ljbffr
