Conduct Financial Needs Analysis: Perform comprehensive financial needs assessments for clients, focusing on life insurance, long-term insurance, wealth management, and investment planning.Client Portfolio Management: Analyze and manage client portfolios, providing tailored financial advice to meet both immediate and long-term financial goals.Sales Opportunities Creation: Develop and leverage a personal network within the sales territory, attend relevant industry events, and source referrals to identify and pursue sales opportunities in personal lines and business insurance.Customer Needs Clarification: Consult with various customer representatives to identify their financial needs, engage internal specialists for complex data analysis, and develop specifications that align with customer requirements.Customer Propositions Selling: Recommend suitable financial products and services based on customer needs, explain product benefits, and facilitate the purchase process at standard terms and conditions.Customer Onboarding: Guide clients through the advanced features of financial products and services, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives and addressing any concerns.Performance Management: Set personal performance goals, take action to achieve objectives, and utilize performance management systems to enhance personal effectiveness and productivity.Customer Relationships Development: Implement customer contact plans to communicate new product launches and sales campaigns, build new relationships, and act as the primary contact for customer queries and complaints.Client & Customer Management: Maintain and manage key client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.Client Document Management: Establish and comply with a comprehensive document management system to ensure accurate and secure handling of client documents.Operational Compliance: Adhere to the organizations policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory standards, obtaining necessary authorizations for any deviations.Personal Capability Building: Engage in continuous professional development through assessments, formal and informal training, and coaching to enhance capabilities in financial advising, particularly in insurance, wealth management, and investments.Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential); 120 FAIS Credits(NQF5) in Wealth management (Essential); RE5 (Essential); 120 FAIS (NQF6) inWealth management/ CFP/ equivalent (Advantageous);
