Eduvos is seeking to employ the services of a Revenue Controller for our part-time structure to be based at any of our 12 national campuses (preferably at our Midrand campus). Special working conditions: Working hours as per operational requirementsRemote working conditionsType of Position:Permanent Contract The Position:Effective management of student contracts ensuring all documents, pricing, transfers are correct before invoicing commences. Ensuring timeously invoicing of all income as per accounting policies and processes.A diploma or degree in a financial field or relevant business experienceExperience:At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role.High level of communication skills both verbal and written.Proven track record of process/system improvements.Proven track record of meeting tight deadlines on a regular basis.Working in a large operation dealing with a matrix organisation.Rounded people management and communication skills. Duties and Responsibilities Responsibilities:Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Academics and Finance Hub on campusHandle Transfers in and out between campusesEnsure validity (contract signed and completed in full), accuracy (prices and modules correct and reasonable for the course when compared to planner), completeness (all supporting documents in place) and timely enrolment of contract on CEAdhere and implement accounting policiesFollow up on outstanding documentationEnsure all currently enrolled students are invoiced timeously and accurately as per set deadlines and policies;Check enrolment to physical class list and between systems to ensure all students are invoiced accordinglyFiling of contracts after invoicingMonthly sales verification comparing class lists and CE to F&OMonthly sales verification between class lists and exam registers to F&OProcess all credit memos monthly in F&O once approved by ManagementAttend to student / sponsor queries efficiently and timeously in a professional mannerAny ad hoc duties that may be assigned by line manager from time to time Functional and Behavioural Competencies Functional competencies:Extensive knowledge of the direct delivery business model and a thorough understanding of how a campus operates.Customer centric and diplomatic, ensuring problems are solved effectively whilst focusing on priorities.Able to identify and improve the effectiveness of procedures and integrated processes in line with best practise and make recommendations for improvements that will deliver high quality solutions to customers and stakeholders.A strong communicator.Experience using Microsoft Dynamics would be beneficial and competency in using Excel & Word.The ideal candidate is excited about being part of a dynamic team.You love teamwork and are willing to go the extra mile in order to achieve your and the team and department’s goals.Accountable for achievement of all Revenue performance targets.Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritize.Ability to manage and efficiently plan work.Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and an analytical mindset with the willingness to investigate and resolve issues.Monthly metrics reporting on revenue analysisStrong team worker with ability to work on own initiativeBehavioural competencies:Initiative and responsibilityRelations and networkingEffective communicationProfessional and technical expertiseAnalysis and judgmentSystematic approach (planning and organising)Execution#J-18808-Ljbffr
