Duties include: responsible for the full accounting function; reconcile the GL account; trial balance; compile management statements weekly; processing of cashbook, debtors, creditors, costing and revenue analysis; sub-contractors reconciliations; payment of creditors and salaries; depreciation of assets; reconciliations of the VAT account and import VAT account; preparation of tax as well as NAMRA tax returns; product costing (BOM calculation and verification); identifying cost saving initiatives; bank reconciliations and cashflow planning and management.
