The purpose of this is to monitor sales budgets, including T&E and Trade Spend Investments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as liaison for the accruals process and will lead the sales investment forecasting/accruals along with the F&PA team.Analysing the opportunities to reduce GTN by account and presenting them monthly.Allocating Qtrly/Monthly GTN by account in line with Budget and plans.Collaborate with external and internal audits to comply on expectations.Onboard employees on the Sales Investment process (TS) and conduct trainings for the sales forceCollaboration between multifunctional team ranging from Sales, Sales operations, FP&A and Account receivablesOwn the KPI´s that affect sales investment and find opportunities to improve process, technology (PnL tool and ROI tool) or developmentPresentation of finding of Promo evaluation and recommendations)Managing the Returns Line policy and process with the KAMS and Logistics.Leading weekly/Monthly GTN meetings with finance and Sales Team.Managing Mix Tool in order to give recommendations based on driving profitable Mix and Tracking both GTN/DPM via PxPxc.Ability to drive action and influence decision.Strong organizational skills, as well as the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities with competing demands.Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in process improvement.Ability to work within high-performing teams in highly collaborative environments.
