Job Description:  The Engineer is responsible for the Electrical Maintenance for the site and his functions include:  Safety and legal compliance Maintenance management Root cause failure analysis Corrective actions and improvement management People management and development Job Requirements:   Minimum qualification of B Engineering in Electrical Engineering, with more than 5 years of Heavy Industry experience and at least 4 years of experience in a position responsible for people management.  Legal compliance certification in terms of the OHSACT. (GCC - Factories) Training in Maintenance Principles and Practices Management Development training will be an advantage Computer literate Must have the ability to work under pressure and meet work deadlines with attention to detail
