Key responsibilities · Identifies the best ways to evaluate the software and then perform a variety of automated and manual tests to figure out if the software serves its purpose and consistently produces desired results · Extracting and documenting of test requirements for user stories and/or Business requirement specs · Collaborate with developers and testing team by identifying, logging, prioritizing and verifying defects in a defect tracking system · Communicate findings to other team members so that decisions can be made regarding changes, improvements and alternatives to try. · Consolidate reports from software testing team and provide feedback to relevant stakeholders.
