RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT REMOTE WORKING (HOWEVER APPLICANTS MUST BE WITHIN A 10 MILE RADIUS OF CROWTHORNE DUE TO WEEKLY TEAM MEETING) £28,000- £35,000 (DOE) + UNCAPPED COMMISSION We are actively looking to engage with experienced Permanent Recruitment Consultants who are passionate about their work and can demonstrate a track record of having achieved/exceeded monthly financial targets. Our focus is NOT on weekly KPIs; we are looking to entrust our consultant to run their own profitable desk. Uncapped commission. 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays. 3 additional days paid, between Christmas and New Year, when the business is closed. Birthday off. Be able to demonstrate strong literacy and reasoning skills.
