The job purpose of a Consultant Sales Support is to facilitate the efficient handling and management of new business transactions within Asset Finance. This is achieved by creating the needed quality control of documents required by the Commercial Business Processing Centre (BPC) for processing and interacting with the product operating system for the maintenance of Management Information. Check if FICA/CASA, securities is on the system and prepare the facility letter and capture the contract on SAP. Job Description General and Office Administration: Provide administrative sales support against standard operating procedures. Contract Administration: Responsible for all customer enquiries, service level agreements, and to ensure delivery according to set standards. Customer Service: Handle all customer interactions professionally and efficiently. Facilitation of Deal Process: Drive the end-to-end process of application approvals and contracts as per take-up.
