Applies product and service knowledge to meet client needs. This includes providing financial and estate planning advice to clients as well as the packaging, structuring and tailoring of financial solutions to secure profitable business in the identified market segment. Develops appropriate proposals in line with customer requirements and in line with a suite of existing solutions (e.g., prepare quote, issue and amend quote, record advice, fulfil contract and requirement management).
