For our doctors that means recognizing them as full time with full benefits starting at only 24 hours per week (yes, only 24 hours!!) We are open 9am to 5pm weekdays, and for four hours on Saturdays and Sundays, with a four-day work week for full time veterinarians. Our doctors typically work 26 to 32 hours per week. Production is 21% and there is no negative accrual. You deserve your PTO and will be encouraged to take your time off. Four Weeks plus CE Days!!
