Job Description: To manage surveillance and gaming security department to ensure the protection of Gaming, Company assets, guests and staff, in accordance with the Gambling Board Rules and Regulations, and company policies and procedures. [ads1] Job Responsibilities: Continuously Audit and analyse operations to ensure the most cost effective and productive operation at all times Ensure that operations are conducted within the ambit of the provinces Gaming Rules and Regulations Ensure that operations are conducted within the ambit of the South African Law and Constitution. Ensure that all behaviour/action taken is aimed at maintaining and improving relationships and productivity at the unit. Complete Gaming Security Monthly Report. Ensure proper compliance with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act. Foster and maintain a good working relationship with the Provincial Gambling Board. Control day to day gaming security functions. Job Requirements: Previous Surveillance/Security/Law enforcement experience Operationally required to work in a smoking environment.
