PURPOSE OF THE JOB To manage the production team according to safety standards to attain production targets. RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with safety standards:1.1. Maintain health, safety, security, and housekeeping within the internal environment1.2. Conduct a Task Analysis and take appropriate action to address identified risks1.3. Conduct an issue-based risk assessment and take appropriate action1.4. Conduct a continuous risk assessment In the workplace1.5. Comply with Legal requirements within the area of responsibility1.6. Comply with Company Policies, Standards, Rules, and Procedures1.7. Ensures all work procedures are carried out by safety standards and safety practice1.8. Initiate emergency procedures when and if required1.9. Follow emergency procedures when and if required2. Process Management:2.1. To ensure production targets are met according to plan2.2. To manage and develop staff responsible for production activities2.3. To manage efficiency by ensuring the best possible revenue generation In optimizing production and limiting costs2.4.
