Key Performance Areas Key Work: Specification and sales of Products. Identifying key target markets & customers. Customer visits, shows & exhibitions with wholesalers & end users. Customer liaison would include quotations, proposals, training, planning & performance analysis against set objectives of company and customer. Weekly and Monthly progress reporting. Core Competencies Attributes: Above Average computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc) Excellent Communication Skills. (Verbal and Written) Self-motivated and have excellent organizational and administrative skills. Customer Service Orientated Mindset and adaptability is essential. Multi-tasking, Time management and Problem-solving skills are essential. A "Team Player" and willing to Learn and Improve. High standard level of accuracy is required when working according to procedures. Intrapreneurial skills, mindset and sound business acumen is essential.Additional Job-Related Requirements: Must be prepared to travel extensively and work extra hours if required Must be willing and available to attend after-hour customer functions and company events and meetings.Minimum Education & Experience Requirements Matric with at least 5 years experience in electrical sales industry Electrical / Electronic Trade Certificate OR N6 Electrical / Electronic Qualifications would be an advantage.
