Purpose of the role: To ensure the Toolroom team delivers internal customer expectations for completion od moulddies and fixtures , training of personnel to achieve optimum productivity and quality. The ideal candidate must: Qualified Tool, Jig & Die maker.Minimum 5 years of Toolroom experience in the metals manufacturing industry in a similar role.ISO working knowledgeExperience with automation and injection mould tool design and repair, press tools and forgingStrong knowledge of raw materials and moulding equipmentStrong computer skills to document and communicate processes that can be easily followed by internal team membersAdministration and Management: Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resourcesAble to work in a fast-paced environment with interruptions, using proven project management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
