Drive overall sales performance to meet revenue targets. Diversify sales acquired (expand through Refrigeration, Design) Engage qualified leads for deals/contracts Engage existing clients on Products, conduct and delivery for past and current work on a regular basis to retain clients. Develop a sales and client pipeline. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to identify potential clients. Engage and qualify potential clients as identified. Revisit past clients and assess suitability. Submit weekly business development statistics. Maintain effective client relations.
