Job Description: My client, a giant in the manufacturing industry, has an excellent position available for a Top-Notch Millwright at their factory based in Krugersdorp. Requirements: Must have Fanuc/Kuka robot experience or solid work experience with robots. Must have a recognized Millwright trade and be multi-skilled in Fitting and Basic Electrical. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Plan for all manufacturing activities. Set priorities for all jobs to be manufactured. Adhere to work in progress and ensure all set targets are achieved. Alleviate bottlenecks and improve efficiency in the factory. Utilize the workforce to optimal capacity and identify training needs. Assist in product design and propose cost-effective ways to improve manufacturing processes. Interact with key staff in various departments. Ability to work flexible hours to meet operational demands. Install, maintain, and repair a wide variety of equipment and machinery. Read and interpret drawings, schematics, P&IDs, OEM&O&M manuals for procedures and fault finding. Document all activities accurately and implement corrective actions. Maintain minimum stock levels of critical spares and consumables. Manage a small team of technical assistants through effective delegation and inspections. Experience and Qualifications: Matric certification. 4 - 6 years of post-qualification experience with a solid track record. Relevant Production Management diploma/degree will be an advantage. Recognized Millwright Trade Certificate. Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience in industrial plants. Valid driver's license and own transport required. Experience in Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Pneumatics, and Utilities in a factory environment. Basic understanding of SCADA and PLC systems (programming not required). #J-18808-Ljbffr
