We support our people to do their best work and deliver exceptional experiences for our guests.We are seeking applications from experienced Applications Analysts to join our team.About the roleBased in stunning Queenstown and sitting within the central Information Technology Team, as Applications Analyst, you will be responsible for the management and administration of support issues and requests for our Retail and Reservations systems. You will work to resolve requests and issues, and complete basic admin tasks for our systems. The role will be varied and dynamic, with opportunities to make improvements to how our operational sites operate and work together.Key responsibilities· provide guidance and advice within the latitude of established company policies, procedures and processes in order to sufficiently resolve system issues and requests· demonstrates strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills to identify workarounds, data fixes and provide communication updates to all stakeholders.· engage at all levels within the Skyline Group Businesses on their system issues and requests · take ownership for and provide ongoing problem management and issue escalation where necessary to external service and/or third party application providers.· be part of the Product (Retail and Reservations) team that works collaboratively toward achieving the organisations strategic goals· identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement and build a culture of service excellence.You’ll have/be· excellent verbal and written communication skills · excellent customer relationship building and management skills· strong analytical and problem-solving skills· strong service delivery and user support experience and background· experience working with POS systems (desirable) · experience with Service Desk, Fresh Desk or other Help desk software (desirable)· the desire and ability to learn fast on the job and through formalised training opportunities · a technical mindset and passion for technologyJoin Our TeamWe’re always aiming to share real fun with the world and make people smile.
