This close knit autonomous team of Clinical Pharmacists offers a supportive environment which will allow you to reach your potential to work at top of scope. Your main responsibility is to provide direct clinical pharmacist facilitation services, focusing on the appropriate prescribing and utilisation of medicines to Primary Care, based out of various General Practices throughout Invercargill. To apply for the role you must have the following: Registered as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council of New Zealand holding a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) with no restrictions, Work experience sufficient to demonstrate general pharmaceutical knowledge in core areas and/or specialist pharmaceutical knowledge in management of long term conditions. Desirable to hold a relevant clinical post-graduate qualification, or working towards this, Current driver's licence, Medicine review services, e.g. Medicines Therapy Assessment, Comprehensive Medicines Management or similar, Great communication and interpersonal skills, Research, interpretation and provision of medicine information.
