Evo Cycles Queenstown is looking for a passionate bicycle retail leader who can help with the day-to-day running of the retail showroom. We are looking for the right person who knows and understands bicycles, rides regularly, and loves the buzz of retail. No doubt about it… business runs better when you have the right people. What we’re looking for: A passion for bicycles A leader of people Sales superstar Motivated and a motivator Confident Responsible Previous experience in retail What you’ll be doing: Helping to run the Showroom on a daily basis Selling products and services Customer Service and dealing with queries Monitoring stock levels and feeding back to the showroom leader Helping prepare the showroom and service centre for stock takes Meeting regularly with your crew (daily toolbox meetings) Assisting the showroom leader on what stock works in your showroom Leading the shifts when the showroom leader is not present Looking at how you can improve and grow the showroom and service centre (and cycling!!) in the local community/area This is a leadership position and ideally, you will have a proven track record in retail and selling. Also, as you will be helping to lead a crew of people, you will have had experience as a leader/manager.
