The purpose of the role is to manage the daily operations of the Cold Storage Facility and its staff to ensure maximum output and utilisation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for the management of employees on the shift, including the discipline of the team.Grade 12A minimum of 5 years warehouse or dispatch experienceKnowledge of the relevant Health & Safety legislation.Knowledge of the required Food Safety requirementsGood organisational and planning skills Duties and Responsibilities Supervise the receiving, handling, sorting and distribution of goods.Monitoring and allocation of storage spaceEnsure the correct storage of goods.Track stock levels by using the relevant systems.Management of staff (discipline, time & attendance, recruitment, etc.) Policy We are an equal opportunity employer.
