Since 7, They have leveraged private sector principles to design services that are client centric, creating a friendly environment that empowers clients to make informed choices about their health and future. To-date, more than 1.2 million South Africans have learned their HIV status through Shout programming. Shout-it-Now Seek to appoint a Team Leader CLOSING Date: //2 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Pro-active in solving customer problems and satisfying customers in various situations. Ensures that all team members follow the standard operating procedures lead by greeting and responding to all customers with fast, efficient, friendly and personalised service. Respond proactively to prevent customer service situations. Investigate and resolve customer incidents, documenting if necessary. Consistently monitors, coaches and encourages team members to meet the company’s service standards. Assigns tasks to employees. Oversee the opening and closing of the site. Manage employee time and leave. Monitor employee work habits and ensure that tasks are completed in a timely fashion. Conduct performance reviews. Write up reports of employee behaviour or customer complaints. Keep work area clean and organised. Ensure that daily targets are met. Keep management apprised of daily operations. Process paperwork for HR or upper management as required. SLILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Matric Certificate or equivalent is required. 2 – 3 years of supervisory experience is preferred. Proven leadership skills. Must be able to work overtime, including weekends, evenings and special events as needed. Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task. This position will require frequent standing and use of hands and arms. Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to work well with others. Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, essential for working with other employees. Exhibit a high level of problem-solving skills and commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong time management skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and superior organisational skills. Driver’s License and own transport is advantageous.
