Key responsibilities, but not limited to: Accounts receivable Prepare and distribute client invoices, update clients' Statement of Accounts, follow up with clients about outstanding payments Post client invoices Post bank statements and perform bank reconciliations Verify correctness of vendor invoices via an established reconciliation process Post supplier invoices Reconcile and post Senior Management expenses Assist with month-end close and preparation of financial statements Assist with financial analysis of various projects or initiatives Contribute to the improvement of the existing accounting processes Build cross-functional relationships across the company Requirements Requirements: Finance Degree plus artcles 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance Advanced Excel XERO Software , QBO software advantageous Very good oral and written communication skills Practical and logical approach to resolving business problems Professional, proactive, open to learning APPLY TODAY to be considered for this vacancy OR to be matched to similar roles in the near future.
