This position is offered as permanent Full time.This is a key role within the finance team working directly for (and as directed) by the Accountant and/or CFO providing accounting and bookkeeping services.Responsibilities include:Day-to-day bookkeeping in multiple databases.Payroll; Payroll processing, Timesheet collation, superannuation, STP, Payroll TaxEnd to end Accounts PayablePrioritising tasks according to company requirements and meeting deadlinesSupplier Payment processing and liaison with suppliersCredit card and bank reconciliationExpense payment preparationGeneral accounting support to Group Accountant and Financial Controller.About YouAlong with a positive attitude, high attention to detail and willingness to roll your sleeves up and be part of a small team, you will ideally also have the following:A relevant qualification in Bookkeeping (Certificate IV minimum)A minimum of five years experience in a bookkeeping roleA good understanding of the Australian Tax System (including GST and Payroll)A professional and personable mannerExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Exceptional work ethics and attention to detailThe ability to work independently and within a team environmentA strong interest in continuing professional development and trainingProficient in Microsoft Office packages, specifically ExcelWhat a fantastic time to join our client as they continue to grow.
