Our client is looking for an experienced Planning Manager/Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in planning and coordination roles within the food production industry. Responsibilities Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes. Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, production, and logistics, to align planning activities. Monitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and production targets. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished goods. Prepare and present reports on production performance, highlighting key metrics and areas of concern. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet the highest standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other external partners. Lead and mentor the planning team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
