Our client is looking for an experienced Planning Manager/Coordinator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in planning and coordination roles within the food production industry. Responsibilities Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes. Coordinate with various departments, including procurement, production, and logistics, to align planning activities. Monitor production progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and production targets. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of raw materials and finished goods. Prepare and present reports on production performance, highlighting key metrics and areas of concern. Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure products meet the highest standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and other external partners. Lead and mentor the planning team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Knowledge of production processes and quality standards in the food industry. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. Proven track record of successful production planning and coordination. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or similar is a plus. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
