Keep up to date on any process and regulatory changes. To report any suspicious activities on customer accounts.To aid the verification team as and when required. To uphold and maintain daily and monthly targets.To always provide good customer service. To uphold the company brand.To manage own professional and self-development. Conduct outbound call verification and assist client to get verified.Key Requirements:Grade 12 or equivalent (Essential).1 years KYC Experience (Essential).Able to speak, read, write in English and one of the following lanaguages: Yoruba or Kirundi (Essential).Knowledge of money transfer procedures.Knowledge of KYC regulations.Knowledge of AML and Fraud.Knowledge of KYC rules and processes.Additional Skills:Computer skills.Typing skills.
