For this reason we have created this new exciting opportunity within the DigiTech team.As the Principal Engineering Lead you will be tasked with reviewing the way of work within the DigiOutsource Engineering teams. Understanding the needs of our business and aligning our teams in a way that enables them to rapidly deliver on business requirements with minimal cross team dependencies.Maintaining a tight partnership between Architecture and Engineering will be a critical expectation to ensure we realize our target architecture consistently throughout all teams.
