Focused on designing growth pathways for business and brands, Ogilvy Social Lab is seeking a highly motivated, business savvy individual who is interested in joining the team as a Strategy Consultant.ResponsibilitiesManaging the day-to-day project engagement, including the client relationshipContributing to client and business development as well as new project proposalsDeveloping breakthrough brand strategies and creative growth pathways.Taking ownership of developing client deliverables and presentationsLeading client and external interviews and workshops.Managing junior team members as necessary for the successful running of project engagementsActively participating in the development of our practice, including training and mentorshipFamiliarity with marketing as a subject matter rather than process design.Knowledge of CRM, consumer acquisition, brand and growth innovation.Qualifications:Bachelors or post graduate degree in strategy or marketing2 to 5 years of consulting experience in a professional services company or marketing organizationExperience working with Travel, Hospitality, FMCG brandsBrand savvy-ness; understand the fundamentals of modern marketing and building strong brands in today's worldFamiliarity with Human Centered Design principles and methodologiesAble to draw human and cultural insights from data and observationStrong business acumen and critical thinking skillsAbility to take initiative and to work independently and within a teamYou have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal in EnglishAbility to converse (read, write, and speak) in German would be advantageous#J-18808-Ljbffr
