Education:At least B.Sc. Engineering from HEC recognized InstituteExperience:5 Years+ in commercial activities for utility scale solar PV projectsRequirements:Responsible for establishing and maintaining the relationship with the local financial party and government departments.Responsible for expediting the owner or the relevant local authorities to issue permit documents, project confirmation letters, withdraw letters of guarantee, and collection of settlement.Conversant with the local content policy, mechanism and score for utility scale solar PV project in South Africa.Responsible for marine and customs clearance related work.Participate in the project handover meeting, assist the project manager to analyze the development data, and clarify project related issues.Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.Negotiating the best contracts to ensure maximum profitability.Fluent in English.Job Location:Cape Town, South Africa or PMC office or Site.Salary:Negotiable on the skill set and experience.If no feedback/response is given within 2 weeks consider the application unsuccessful.
