We now seek an equally dynamic individual to join our Development Team.Responsibilities:Prepare concept design to final set of construction drawings to the specifications and requirements of the company. This includes accurate measurement and scoping of existing building for final as-built drawings.Ensure drawings are compliant with National Building Regulations SANS and other statutory construction requirements in respect of retail premises.Manage and submit constructions & signage drawing for council approval nationally, liaising with stake holders in the approval process, and obtaining occupation certificates as result.Manage Project Administration.Requirements for position:Tertiary qualification as Professional Architectural Technologist and SACAP registered.5- years' experience as a Professional Architectural TechnologistProficiency in Revit LTHighly organised, deadline driven and accurate.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for projects.
