The successful candidate will report to the General Manager and be responsible for: *Coordination and management of reservations, bookings and inquiries *Manage inventory of supplies and equipment for guest services *Supervise Housekeeping staff to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas *Monitoring of financial performance and prepare regular reports for owners or management *Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations *Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new guests and retain existing clientele *Manage related administration duties. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: • Matric required, relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous; • Approximately 3 years' experience in a similar position in a 4-star or 5-star establishment; • Excellent communication skills (Afrikaans and English); • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays when required; • Strong computer skills (MC Office); • Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
